Can I buy a firearm in Florida without a concealed weapon permit?
Yes. You can buy a firearm in Florida without a concealed weapon permit, provided you meet all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
However, a mandatory waiting period may apply under Florida law. The standard waiting period is generally three days, excluding weekends and state holidays, or until the required background check is completed, whichever occurs later. Some Florida counties may impose longer waiting periods.
Certain exemptions may apply, including for concealed weapon permit holders and other qualifying purchasers under Florida law.
Contact one of our FFL-licensed Queen of Pawns locations for current requirements before purchasing a firearm.
Can I purchase Queen of Pawns items over the phone?
Yes. If you see an item you’d like to buy from Queen of Pawns on social media or our online channels, contact the store directly to purchase it by phone using a credit or debit card.
Eligible merchandise can be shipped anywhere in the United States.

Does Queen of Pawns offer FFL transfers?
Yes. Select FFL-licensed Queen of Pawns locations offer eligible dealer-to-dealer firearm transfers from other federally licensed firearms dealers. Visit our Locations page and look for the FFL designation to find an authorized store near you.
We do not offer private-party firearm transfers.
How does the Queen of Pawns Layaway Program work?
See something you love? Queen of Pawns lets you secure almost any item in our stores with just a 10% down payment and take up to 90 days to pay the balance in flexible installments.
Our Layaway Program is FREE, with no credit check and no credit card required. You can use layaway for gold, jewelry, diamonds, luxury watches, electronics, tools, firearms at authorized locations, and more.
Planning for the holidays? Our Christmas Layaway Program starts in July, giving you extra time to shop and pay.
