31 Years and Still Going Strong: Celebrating Queen of Pawns Lake Worth
On March 28, 1995, our Queen of Pawns family opened its doors for the first time at 3380 South Military Trail in Lake Worth, Florida. Thirty-one years later, that same location is still here — still serving the community, still doing what we've always done, and still proud to call Lake Worth home.
This one means a lot to us.
Where It All Started
Every great story has a beginning, and ours starts right here in Palm Beach County. The Lake Worth location wasn't just the first Queen of Pawns — it was the foundation for everything that followed. Today, Queen of Pawns has grown to 17 locations across Florida, but this address on South Military Trail is where it all took root.
Thirty-one years is a long time. It's generations of families, first-time sellers, deal hunters, collectors, and neighbors who've walked through our doors. It's relationships built one transaction at a time, and a reputation earned the right way — through trust, fairness, and genuine care for the people we serve.
A Mural Worth Stopping For
A few years back, something special appeared on the outside wall of our Lake Worth store. Artist Jennifer Chaparro painted a stunning mural she titled the Mandala of Togetherness — and it couldn't be a more fitting tribute to what this location represents. It's vibrant, intricate, and deeply rooted in the spirit of community. If you haven't seen it in person, it's worth the visit on its own.
Art has a way of saying what words can't always capture. The Mandala of Togetherness says: this place is about more than transactions. It's about people.
